Grégoire Heuzé, Founding Partner
Prior to creating Altamoda, Grégoire Heuzé was an Associé, and then Partner at Rothschild & Co (2007-2020) and Partner at Centerview (2021). He has been an advisor on major transactions for large companies, family groups, funds and entrepreneurs.
From 2005 to 2007, he was an advisor to the Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin, in charge of industry.
He is President of the Archéologie et Patrimoine en Méditerranée foundation.
He is a graduate of Sciences Po and ESSEC, and holds a Master's degree in Medieval History from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
STÉPHANE ZEGHBIB, PARTNER
Prior to joining Altamoda, Stéphane Zeghbib was Managing Director at Zaoui & Co. London from 2013 to 2023. From 2010 to 2013, he worked in Morgan Stanley's m&a team in Paris before joining the Luxury and Retail team in London.
He began his career in m&a at Merrill Lynch in 2006 in France.
He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (x2002) and holds a master's degree from HEC Paris.
Laurent Senesi, General Secretary
Prior to joining Altamoda, Laurent Senesi spent more than ten years as a Senior Media Manager at the data company fifty-five, after being part of then Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin’s office from 2003 to 2007.
He holds a Master's degree in Public Law from Paris Nanterre University.
Sandra Gonat, Office assistant
Sandra Gonat joined Altamoda in the spring of 2023.
She holds a degree in Economics from Université Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Guillaume Desombre, Vice President
Guillaume Desombre has spent four years in the French team of Perella Weinberg Partners, where he worked in their London and then Paris offices. He joined Altamoda in 2022.
He is a graduate from CentraleSupélec and holds an MS from Columbia University.
Alessandro Phaedonos, Associate
Prior to joining Altamoda in 2022, Alessandro Phaedonos spent two years in the M&A team of Rothschild & Co in Paris.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Financial Engineering from Université Paris Dauphine.
Edmond Buchart, Analyst
Edmond Buchart joined Altamoda at its inception following investment banking experiences at Degroof Petercam and CACIB.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po.
Mathieu Loiseau, Analyst
One of the first individuals to have joined Altamoda, Mathieu Loiseau has had several experiences in financial advisory at Redbridge and Fair Links.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Strategy from Sciences Po.
Raphaël Grach, Analyst
Prior to joining Altamoda, Raphaël Grach completed internships in Equity Sales at Raymond James and private equity at NextStage AM.
He holds an MS in Finance & Economics from the London School of Economics and a double Master’s degree from Sciences Po-HEC.
Louis Hofmann, Analyst
Before joining Altamoda in 2023, Louis Hofmann completed internships in investment banking at Degroof Petercam and in Euronext's Strategic Development and M&A team.
He holds a master's degree in finance and strategy from Sciences Po.
