Grégoire Heuzé, Founding Partner

Prior to founding Altamoda, Grégoire Heuzé was a Partner at Rothschild & Co (2007 - 2020), and Partner at Centerview (2021). He has advised on major transactions for major companies, family groups, funds and entrepreneurs.

From 2005 to 2007, he was Industry Advisor to Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin.

Grégoire Heuzé is Chairman of the Archéologie et Patrimoine en Méditerranée endowment fund. He is also a member of Perrotin's Supervisory Board.

He is a graduate of Sciences Po and ESSEC, and holds a Master's degree in Medieval History from Panthéon-Sorbonne University.

Gérard Lamarche, Senior Advisor

Gérard Lamarche was a director of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert, the listed investment holding company of the Albert Frère group, from 2011 to 2020 and Co-CEO from 2012 to 2019.

He also served as CFO of the GDF Suez group between 2004 and 2011. In addition, he has been a member of the boards of directors of companies such as Lafarge, Legrand, Tractebel, KPE, and TotalEnergies, among others. He was Chief Executive Officer of Nalco Chemicals from 1999 to 2003.

He joined Altamoda in 2025 as Senior Advisor.

He is a graduate of the Catholic University of Louvain.

STÉPHANE ZEGHBIB, PARTNER

Stéphane Zeghbib was Managing Director at Zaoui & Co. London from 2013 to 2023. From 2010 to 2013, he worked in Morgan Stanley's m&a team in Paris before joining the Luxury and Retail team in London.

He began his career in m&a at Merrill Lynch in 2006 in France.

He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (x2002) and holds a master's degree from HEC Paris.

Fabian de Smet, Partner

Fabian de Smet was head of investment banking for continental Europe at Berenberg, based in London. He oversaw all the bank's ECM, DCM and M&A activities across Europe.

From 2015 to 2024, he held several positions at Berenberg, including 'Head of Transaction Sales' and 'Global Head of Syndicate'.
He began his career at KBC Securities in Brussels before joining Bank Degroof in 2013.

He holds a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from ICHEC Business School in Brussels and is CFA certified.

Benjamin BUFFAULT, General Secretary

Benjamin Buffault was Chief of Staff to Bruno Le Maire, Minister of the Economy, Finance, Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, as well as head of the parliamentary department of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance, for over four years.

He was also director of the public affairs department of a consulting firm and parliamentary advisor to the French National Assembly and Senate.
